Cesar Cruz is an Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist at Ollin Therapy Clinic, he has a particular interest in athletic injuries, chronic conditions, post-op recovery, contact sport and performing athlete’s injuries and recovery. He commonly treats issues affecting the neck, shoulders, back and hips.

Currently he works at the National Ballet of Canada and Canada's National Ballet School; he is also the Head Athletic Therapist for the York United Football Club of the Canadian Premier League.

Cesar completed his B.A. in Kinesiology as well as a Certificate in Athletic Therapy at York University, he also completed a Diploma in Massage Therapy at the Institute of Complementary & Alternative Therapies and the Diploma of Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University; He is currently completing a Diploma in Osteopathy.

This combination of disciplines allows him to take on a multidisciplinary approach to address the patient’s care. In his treatments, depending of the specifics of the case, Cesar uses one or more assessment and treatment tools and techniques such as: manual treatment, electrical modalities, exercise/stretches, osteopathic techniques and/or neurofunctional acupuncture.

When he’s not seeing patients, Cesar enjoys indoor climbing, being outdoors and spending time with his family.
