We are a treatment and sports performance centre located in Markham, ON, we help patients improve their health through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, functional training and performance improvement.
We understand that our patients have varied lives and experiences, and their health conditions are complex; treating complexity requires a multidisciplinary and integral approach. We are experts in the use of different tools and techniques that will help us create a treatment plan focused on our patient’s needs.
What do we treat?
We specialize in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal injuries and physical symptoms from conditions and illnesses that affect lifestyle and performance.
Common conditions may include:
